Step up and help keep our coastal waterways clean. Join fellow anglers and conservation hawks to clean up southern California's coastal waters on Coastal Clean Up Day this Saturday, September 21st. Coastal Cleanup Day is a large volunteer effort in California that aims to clean up beaches, creeks, and the ocean. It's part of the International Coastal Cleanup, which involves over 70 countries and many U.S. states and territories.

Celebrate Coastal Cleanup Day with CalTrout in LA County!

The Malibu Creek Ecosystem Restoration Project is partnering with Heal the Bay and Four Seasons Hotels Westlake Village to lead a Malibu Creek State Park inland cleanup. Los Angeles’ Coastal Cleanup Day recruits an average of 7600 volunteers annually to remove 2 million pounds of trash from inland and coastal waterways throughout LA County. We’ll be at the Malibu Creek location, but if that’s not convenient, there are more than 60+ cleanup sites throughout the county for you to choose from.

Join Malibu Creek Ecosystem Restoration Project and Four Seasons Westlake for a fall morning along scenic Malibu Creek to help keep our outdoor spaces litter free. Recruit your friends and family too and make an impact with us on September 21!
